Shipping policy

After placing your order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and for us to make your order. We create each order to help keep the cost low and provide a more personal experience. During the regular season and up to 8 business days during the holiday season.

Most items ship from our facilities within 3-5 business days of your order being placed. Unless otherwise stated in the product description.

If it has been over a week, and you still haven't received a shipment notification please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team at lowapparel23@gmail.com. 

If you put in the wrong address, please notify us immediately!

  • There is a small window of changing an address on an order. 
  • If you contact us via email with your order # (5 digits), we might be able to catch it while it is still processing and before it has shipped.
  • NOTE: We can’t guarantee we can catch the order in time to change the address, but will do our best. Once it has shipped, we cannot change the address. Address errors are the liability of the customer.
